Electroair Lays the Cornerstone for its office and production Facility

On the afternoon of February 16, the Cornerstone laying ceremony was held for the manufacturing facility of ElectroAir. The project was undertaken by architects JVR, architect Velle Kadalipp.

General contractor: Messiehitus Construction Company.

Project manager: Peeter Soe.

The new building has expanded the office and production areas of ElectroAir twice.

Alexander Shkuratov, the Director of Development at ElectroAir, delivered a ceremonial speech, expressing gratitude to the architects, builders, planners, specialists, and everyone involved in the construction for the excellent and timely completion of the work.

A time capsule, including architectural plans, souvenirs, a flash drive with a list of products, and a protocol of the event signed by all the main participants, was embedded in concrete at the base of the building.
