2% Club: A Community of Innovative Entrepreneurs

Electroair is proud to be a member of the 2% Club, a community of entrepreneurs who invest 2% of their companies’ turnover or one million euros per year in innovation activities.
The 2% Club was established on March 25, 2021, established by the Estonian Confederation of Employers with EV President Kersti Kaljulaid and Kai Realo signing the agreement.
The 2% Club, aims to promote innovation among entrepreneurs through role models, success stories, and ideas. By investing in R&D, Electroair is demonstrating its commitment to innovation and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in its industry.
Members of the 2% Club have the opportunity to share best practices, experience, and success stories, and participate in innovation cooperation, both in Estonia and abroad. They also have access to research, development, and innovation (R&D) cooperation information, and can search for partners to collaborate with.
Electroair encourages other entrepreneurs to join the 2% Club and invest in research and development. Joining the club is free, and entrepreneurs who invest at least 2% of their turnover or one million euros per year in R&D activities are invited to become members. To join the club, interested parties can fill out the 2% Club registration form on the Estonian Confederation of Employers‘ website.
