EAD-S distribution pillars are stationary power distribution units supplying 220/380V 50 Hz AC and 115/200V 400Hz special current to electrical loads found within the airport apron. These units are also used to power electrical loads in workshops and aircraft hangars.
Each channel is equipped with high-speed electric motor switches, voltage presence and operation indicators.
The units have a built-in remote control system along with certified energy meters measuring electrical energy transferred via 50 Hz and 400 Hz channels.
