Regional Sales Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales Activities: actively sell electrical equipment and offer complete, tailored solutions

  • Client Acquisition: proactively search for new clients and build lasting relationships

  • Client Engagement: conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients

  • Sales Project Management: oversee sales projects, prepare quotations, and coordinate equipment supply

  • Market Presence: participate in international exhibitions and business trips

  • Market Analysis and Reporting: prepare detailed reports and conduct market analyses

  • Strategic Planning: contribute to the development of market strategies

Candidate requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: fluent English and fluent Arabic or French or Spanish

  • Industry Knowledge: understanding of technical and economic fields; relevant higher education preferred

  • Professional Communication: clear and professional expression of ideas

  • Sales Experience: at least 3 years of B2B international sales and negotiation experience

  • Organizational Skills: ability to prioritize workload and manage time

  • Tech Skills: strong proficiency in PC usage and MS Office

  • Drive for Development: desire for continuous self‑improvement

  • Resilience: ability to handle stressful situations with composure
