ElectroAir Global Shipments Report – First Half of 2025
Global Shipments Report – H1 2025
In the first half of 2025, ElectroAir achieved another significant milestone, delivering 1021 items of ground power and airfield support equipment to 41 countries across four continents. From Europe and the Middle East to Asia, Africa, and the Americas, ElectroAir’s technology powered airports, MROs, and aviation hubs across the globe.
Our shipments covered the full spectrum of the aviation power ecosystem, from hybrid and battery GPUs to load banks, PIT systems, chargers, cables, and specialized accessories. Each delivery, large or small, reinforces ElectroAir’s mission to make ground operations cleaner, safer, and more energy-efficient.
ElectroAir’s logistics performance in H1 2025 illustrates both volume and technological diversity. The portfolio comprised complete power and infrastructure solutions, including static and mobile GPUs, hybrid conversion modules, precision load testing units, and integrated charging and cabling systems. Each unit reflects ElectroAir’s commitment to precision engineering and long-term operational reliability.
The APA-series Ground Power Units remain at the core of ElectroAir’s production, delivering stable, efficient, and eco-friendly power to aircraft of all sizes. At the same time, our battery-powered and hybrid ground power units continue to drive airports’ transition toward low-emission ground operations.

Highlight Projects of H1 2025
Tallinn Airport – APA-ECO Battery GPU Fleet
ElectroAir supplied seven APA-ECO battery-powered Ground Power Units to Tallinn Airport, marking a milestone in the airport’s journey toward full carbon-neutrality. Each unit features a battery capacity between 190 and 320 kWh, providing stable, emission-free 400 Hz and 28.5 V DC power to aircraft during turnaround operations.
The APA-ECO series is designed for silent, vibration-free performance and rapid mobility, making it ideal for noise-sensitive ramp areas and remote stands. By replacing diesel units with battery technology, Tallinn Airport not only reduced CO₂ emissions and operating noise but also improved overall energy efficiency and maintenance planning through ElectroAir’s integrated telematics and smart-charging systems.
This project highlights the strength of ElectroAir’s APA-ECO platform as a scalable, environmentally friendly power solution for airports transitioning toward zero-emission operations across Europe.
TAP Portugal – Full Hangar Equipment Set
For the TAP Air Portugal MRO complex in Lisbon, ElectroAir delivered a comprehensive hangar-power and testing infrastructure, one of the most advanced of its kind in Europe. The scope included static and mobile GPUs, frequency converters, load banks, distribution panels, and custom cable management systems, all engineered for high-reliability maintenance operations.
This fully integrated system enables simultaneous servicing of multiple aircraft, real-time monitoring of power parameters, and simplified maintenance through modular design. ElectroAir’s team managed the project from concept design to commissioning, ensuring seamless compatibility between every component.
The project illustrates ElectroAir’s rare capability to act as a single-source supplier of complete ground power ecosystems for both civil and defense aviation, setting a benchmark for hangar electrification and operational efficiency.
Flying Power Unit (FPU) – Electra.aero Collaboration
In partnership with Electra.aero, ElectroAir contributed its advanced power conversion and energy-management technology to the world’s first fully electric short-takeoff-and-landing (eSTOL) aircraft. This groundbreaking project integrates ElectroAir’s converter directly into the aircraft’s onboard systems, allowing it to serve as a self-contained mobile power source.
With the FPU, aircraft can transfer energy directly to other platforms, such as charging helicopters, drones, or mobile support units, without external infrastructure. This innovation represents a new chapter in aviation electrification, where power generation, storage, and supply merge into one integrated ecosystem.
The collaboration underscores ElectroAir’s position as a technology partner in the next generation of electric aviation, advancing sustainable flight and flexible energy distribution concepts that go far beyond traditional GPUs.

Wrocław Airport – Integrated Power and PIT Infrastructure
One of the most competitive tenders of 2025 and a key milestone in ElectroAir’s expansion in Central Europe, was the comprehensive delivery for Wrocław Airport. ElectroAir was selected over multiple global suppliers to design and supply a complete airfield power system featuring 12 EAC-90STD frequency converters, 6 EAD-400 distribution pillars, 26 Mini Hatch EAPIT systems, and 2 full-size Hatch EAPIT systems.
This project combined both above-ground and underground power infrastructure, ensuring reliable and safe 400 Hz power supply for aircraft on the apron and in maintenance areas. The EAC-90STD converters deliver clean, stable 400 Hz power for aircraft systems while reducing noise and emissions on the airfield. The EAD-400 pillars distribute power across multiple service zones, each equipped with certified energy metering and remote monitoring.
Meanwhile, the Mini Hatch EAPIT and Hatch EAPIT systems created a modern, compact PIT infrastructure, fully protected against water, debris, and heavy-load stress (up to 90 t EN 124 F900). Together, these technologies transformed Wrocław Airport’s ground operations into a model of operational efficiency and sustainability.
Winning this tender marked a major achievement for ElectroAir, paving the way for our rapid expansion in Poland, where our integrated, customizable solutions have become the preferred choice for airports seeking to modernize ground support systems.
ElectroAir’s product portfolio continues to expand, covering every aspect of ground power and testing systems:
