The APA series diesel-engine-driven Ground Power Unit (GPU) is designed to significantly reduce CO₂ emissions through its advanced technical features and
optional hybrid configuration. It provides both 400 Hz AC and 28 V DC outputs, along with an additional standard 50/60 Hz voltage output.
The APA-65 model can also operate directly from a 50/60 Hz, 400 V, 3-phase main power grid, functioning as electric GPU without fuel consumption, producing zero CO₂
emissions, and eliminating noise from the engine. These capabilities make it ideal for servicing aircraft at remote parking locations, operating bases, and for use inside
aircraft hangars where emissions-free operation is essential.
